  Later that evening, Scar searched out the hyenas in their lair. Banzai asked Scar if he had brought them anything to eat. Scar scoffed at them and tossed them a chunk of meat. He told them how easy he had made it for them to kill the lion cubs and Mufasa, but they had still managed to botch it. As the hyenas ate ravenously, Scar gave them another plan. This time there would be no escape for Simba--or for his father!
