THE STORY
The Lion King Storybook

Mufasa told Zazu to take Nala home. He needed to be alone with Simba in order to teach him a lesson about his behavior. Mufasa told Simba that he was very disappointed in his son. Simba defended himself: He was just trying to be brave like his father. Unable to hold back a smile, Mufasa explained that he was only brave when he had to be and that being brave did not mean that you went looking for trouble. Mufasa told Simba that the great kings of the past look down on all of them from the stars to guide them. Just as the great kings had always guided him, Mufasa would always be there for Simba.
