  The hyenas trapped the cubs behind the bones of an elephant's rib cage. Angry and hungry, the hyenas advanced toward Simba, their sharp teeth gleaming. Then, suddenly, a giant paw struck Shenzi, sending her and the other hyenas crashing into a pile of old bones. No match for the powerful Mufasa, the hyenas fled, beaten and bruised. Mufasa warned them to never come near his son again!
